Terms and conditions of European Gateways are applicable.

Mode of payment :

• At time of booking: 10 % of the total tour cost
• 35 days before arrival: 75 % of the total tour cost
• 15 days before arrival: full payment of the total tour cost

Cancellation Policy :

If the event of the Tour Operator canceling the whole tour under any circumstance, after the tour strength has been determined then the following cancellation charges will be applicable. Cancellation should be intimated to us in writing. Below Cancellation charges includes all related expenses based on services requested

• 35 days or more prior to departure of the tour: Free cancellation
• 34 – 30 days prior to departure of the tour: 10 % of the tour cost
• 30 – 15 days prior to departure of the tour: 75 % of the tour cost
• 14 days prior to departure of the tour or “No show” on the tour: 100 % of the tour cost

We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to you due to reasons beyond the control of the Company (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
